Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data ledgermsp (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit this website, email us, or use Ledger, our read-only endpoint reconciliation software for managed service providers. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

1. Who we are

ledgermsp builds and operates Ledger. You can reach us at contact@ledgermsp.org about anything in this policy.

2. This website

3. If you email us

Messages sent to contact@ledgermsp.org are forwarded to our mailbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. We use your name, email address and message to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your details, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

4. Ledger, the service

Ledger is in development and is not yet generally available. It is designed to connect read-only to the tools a managed service provider already uses, such as RMM, EDR, Microsoft Intune/Entra, DNS filtering and PSA systems, and to read device inventory and billing-record information from them: for example device names, serial numbers, operating system, agent status and which client a device belongs to. It never installs an agent on an endpoint and never writes back to a connected system.

When Ledger is offered to customers, we will process that information only on the customer’s behalf to provide the service, and we will not sell it. The full customer terms, including data retention and the service providers we use, will be published before the service is offered.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise these rights, email contact@ledgermsp.org. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
